General

  1.  To have all club secretaries report their International M and District M&A reports by the 3rd of the month.
  2.  To charter at least one new Leo club in Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion and Lawrence counties.
  3.  To have all clubs provide service to their communities with a direction toward youth.
  4.  To have all clubs work together with another club in their region or zone on a service project to promote teamwork within the District.
  5.  To have every club make a special effort to recruit members that promote more diversity within the club
       (20 - 50 year old men and women of all nationalities).

Club Level

  6.  To have a club history report completed by October 1, 2007.
  7.  To appoint an Orientation and a Retention chairperson within their clubs.
  8.  To induct and orientate all new Lions within thirty (30) days of receipt of their application.
  9.  To have all officers, including the president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, Lion tamer and tail twister attend an officer training seminar.
10.  To have all new Lions complete the Proud Lion requirements within 180 days of becoming a Lion.
11.  To schedule a visit from your Region or Zone chairperson.
12.  To schedule a minimum of three programs involving a District chairperson.
13.  To have all clubs participate in both the Peace Poster and Drug Poster contests.
14.  To have all club presidents prepare an agenda and pass it out at every meeting.
15.  To have all club presidents earn the President's Excellence Award.
16.  To have all club secretaries earn the District Governor's Secretary's Award.
17.  To increase club participation in the District Governor's Points Contest.
18.  To have all clubs hold a fundraiser specifically for Campaign Sight First II.

District

19.  To have all clubs donate at 100% to all twelve District Projects as outlined in the District directory and shown on this web page.
20.  To have all Region and Zone chairpersons attend all District meetings and all region and zone meetings.
21.  To have the club president, 1st vice president, secretary and treasurer attend all four District Cabinet meetings.
22.  To have representation from all 43 clubs at the Fall Rally and Spring Convention.
23.  To have all clubs participate in Lions Awareness month using District guidelines.
24.  To have ALL clubs in the District make a contribution to Campaign Sight First II, no matter how large or small.

State Level

25.  To have all District Council members attend a State Council meeting.
