District Governor's Contest Rules  2009 - 2010

For a confirmation of submission of this form,
please read the instructions at the bottom of the form.

July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010

Awards will be presented at the Passing of the Banner

The contest is designed to focus on the goals established by the District Governor for Club and District growth and development.  All clubs are automatically entered.  This is not a requirement; however, if a club uses these rules as a set of goals for their club, it will be an outstanding club.  Scoring will be based on the information submitted on the monthly tally sheet substantiated by activities listed on the M&A report.  Points not submitted as earned can't be credited and points missed are points lost.  M&A reports received after the 10th of the month will forfeit points earned that month.  Governor's plaques will be awarded for each category:  Class A - over 35 members, Class B - 24 to 35 members, Class C - under 24 members.  This membership is based on International data as of July 1, 2009.
