1. Increase District membership above 1,250 (each club a net +2).
     
  2. Start two new clubs.
     
  3. New female membership of a net +25.
     
  4. 100% club participation in the District Governor's projects.
     
  5. Have club secretaries send the District Governor the names and addresses of new Lions and their sponsors so a letter can be sent to welcome them and to encourage them to become a Proud Lion and a Proud Sponsor.
     
  6. Encourage clubs to identify potential leaders who could be active at the District level.
     
  7. Every club have an active Membership Committee.
     
  8. Every new member go through proper orientation and be involved with their club immediately.
     
  9. Encourage Leos who have graduated to become Lions.
     
  10. Start three new Leo clubs.
     
  11. Every club be represented at the cabinet meetings and the Fall and Spring Rallies.
     
  12. Promote Lionism in each club's area.
     
  13. Let each member feel that it is worth their time to be a Lion and to make Lionism fun!
