1. To bring back the fun in our clubs!
    
2. To increase District membership above 1,250.
    
3. To start two new clubs.  One by November 2010 and the second by May 2011.
    
4. To bring more families and women into our clubs.
    
5. To have 100% club participation in the District Governor's projects.
    
6. To have all club secretaries send Monthly Membership Reports (MMR) and monthly Activity Reports to Lions International.
    
7. To encourage clubs to identify potential leaders who could be active at the District level.
    
8. To encourage Leos who have graduated to become Lions.
    
9. To start three new Leo clubs.
    
10. To have very club be represented at the cabinet meetings and at the Fall and Spring Rallies.
     
11. To promote Lionism in each club's area through public relations.
