To implement the District 14-N
Community Relations Plan, 2011-2013
To encourage all clubs to support
the District 14-N Projects at 100% as outlined in the district directory
To create opportunity for clubs
to become more active, collaborative participants in the structure and
function of LIONS at the district and club levels
To update our Constitution and
By-laws at both district and club levels; update our district Policy
Manual and initiate the subsequent restructuring of committees
Under IP Tam's direction, to
plant 1500 or more trees in the District to maximize the International
goal of one million trees this year (300 trees per county)
To increase the number of LEO
clubs and youth programs in counties where they are not located and to
increase the number and types of projects per club
To encourage the use of the Club
Excellence Program at each club level to assess the status and needs of
both the club and the community-at-large
To promote LIONS'
programs and resources in cooperation with GMT and GLT Coordinators,
Region and Zone Chairpersons, to afford new members an appropriate
orientation, and all members the opportunity for personal enrichment of
leadership skills
To encourage all clubs to submit Monthly Membership Reports (MMR) and Monthly Activity Reports to International and Monthly District/District Governor's Contest Reports (MADG) to the District in a timely manner
