Abby was returned to Leader Dogs for the Blind in Rochester, MI on October 9, 2010.
She received great marks for her training.  However, after further evaluation, a cataract was discovered in her eye
and she was not accepted into the Leader Dog Program.  (The Thomas' were told she was born with the defect.)
Leader Dogs for the Blind will find a good home for her.
