Combined Membership and Activity Report (M&A) and DG Contest (MADG)
LIONS year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012
 

This report is designed to make it easier and quicker for secretaries to file their monthly reports with District 14-N.  It may also encourage more clubs to participate in the DG Contest.  This report must be filed by the last day of the current monthThis  date has changed since the 2010-2011 year.  International's membership and activity reports must also be filed at www.lionsclubs.org.  Click here to go to the member login page:  https://www3.lionsclubs.org/EN/RegisterLogin/HomeLogin.aspxMembership reports must be filed each month with International and activity reports should be filed monthly, but can be filed quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

Participation in the DG Contest is voluntary, but if a club uses these points as a set of goals for their club, it will be an outstanding club.  Plaques will be awarded by the District Governor at the Passing of the Banner and will be awarded for each category:  Class A - over 35 members; Class B - 24 to 35 members; Class C - under 24 members.
