Protocol
The District Governor sits on the club President's right. The club President introduces the Zone Chairperson; the Zone Chairperson introduces the Region Chairperson (if position is filled) and the Region Chairperson introduces the Vice District Governor who in turn introduces the District Governor, at which time the audience rises and applauds.
The program for this official visit will be the Governor's message.
The District Governor will meet with the Board of Directors of the clubs immediately after the close of the official meeting for a brief discussion relative to mutual concerns.
All Lioness and Leo Club members should attend the meeting held on the date of the District Governor's visit.
Clubs should present the District Project monies to the Governor at the time of the visit.
