District Governor Elliott's 2024-2025 Goals
- In support of MISSION 1.5, during the 2024-2025 Lions year District 14-N will achieve positive membership growth of +1. Our team will charter 1 new club with 20 charter members.
- In support of MISSION 1.5, District 14-N will induct 88 new members into existing clubs by the end of the 2024-2025 Lions year.
- By the end of the first quarter of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, our district will train 75% of our Zone Chairpersons, and the District GLT coordinator will report the training using the Manage Training feature in Learn.
- By the end of the first quarter of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, our District will confirm that 40% of club officers (president, secretary, and treasurer) have attended officer training, and the District GLT coordinator will report training using the Manage Training feature in Learn.
- By the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, our District will support Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) in its endeavor to achieve its fundraising goal and increase our global impact. Our team will ensure that individual participation increases and club participation in our District increases by 10%. I will work to achieve a bronze level LCIF Chairperson’s medal. I will make a personal donation of $175.00 to LCIF and will ask six members of my District cabinet to make a personal donation to LCIF. I commit to earning an LCIF Presidential Goal for Achievement by ensuring our District’s fundraising goal is met.
- During the 2024-2025 fiscal year, my team will improve the spirit of Lionism throughout the entire District by encouraging clubs to visit one another and share projects, camaraderie, and dedication, concluding in one “United in Service” District.
- By the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, our District will increase the percentage of Lion and Leo clubs reporting service to 60%.
- By the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, our District will have 45% of our clubs participate in a District Jared Box Project for Childhood Cancer.
- By the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year, our District will have 45% of our clubs participate in a District food packaging service project for Hunger.
