District Governor Gaylene's 2022-2023 Goals
1. To bring back the fun and fellowship in our clubs.
2. To have a net plus two membership in all clubs for the fiscal year 2022-2023. Also, to retain new members by orientation and mentoring and to actively involve new members in all functions of the club.
3. To continue to report service in MyLion with a goal of 70% of clubs reporting.
4. To encourage clubs to identify potential leaders within their clubs and to promote training at the district, state and Lions Clubs International level.
5. To train all Zone Chairpersons by the first quarter of the 2022-2023 term, using in person or online courses in MyLion Learn.
6. To encourage all clubs to continue their service to the communities and to be open-minded to new ideas.
7. To have all clubs participate in the LCIF fundraising campaigns.
8. To encourage clubs to partner with another club or organization within the community for their service projects or fundraisers.
