MADG Form 2022-2023

Combined Membership and Activity Report (M&A) and DG Contest (DG)
Lions year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023

This report is designed to make it easier and quicker for secretaries to file their monthly reports with District 14-N.  It may also encourage more clubs to participate in the DG Contest.  This report must be filed by the fifth day of the month after the month of the report (July's by August 5).

International's membership and activity reports must also be filed at www.lionsclubs.org by the current month's end.  Click here to go to the member login page:  https://mylci.lionsclubs.org/Login.aspx?l=EN

Membership and activity reports must be filed each month with International.

Participation in the DG Contest is voluntary, but if a club uses these points as a set of goals for their club, it will be an outstanding club.  Plaques will be awarded by the District Governor at the Passing of the Banner and will be awarded for each category:  Class A - over 35 members; Class B - 24 to 35 members; Class C - under 24 members.

Membership is based on International's data as of July 1, 2022
